Hi to all,
I met with a potential client who is an illegal immigrant living in the US. She has a child who is a US citizen. The father was voluntarily deported and the mother gave him permission to take the child back to their home country to visit the grandparents. The father was supposed to make sure the child returned to the US within 3 months. It has been 6 months. If my client files an application under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, will the US Government begin deportation proceedings?
She should file the Hague application. Her immigration status should not be an issue. This link can give you more information:

Most of the RFE's for AP are for photographs if filed online. They are probably asking for latest photographs that you would need to send. It quite common.

From this link it's sure Obama is going to get CIR taken care of.All those undocumented workers ,who he is so sweetly saying should get into the the end of the line after paying fine ,now will they effect our long queues in anyway?(like the amnesty people did to EB3 in 2000)

You must have applied 120 days in advance or many days in advance before old AP expiry. USCIS issues AP from the date it was approved so you tend to lose some months. I have heard some other members include a cover letter which says AP start date should be from date of expiry of old AP. Since you already got the document, I doubt you can do much about it. You may lose 2-3 months just trying send it back and requesting it to be corrected. I guess next time when you renew keep the cover letter in mind.
Not necessarly true. Last time when I renewed the AP, it was approved from 2 days prior to intended travel date specified in the application for 1 year. I am not sure what can be done about this 9 months thing.. hopefully other members will pitch in with experience.

Great font choice, but it's to big ;)
I wouldn't reccomend making it smaller, because that font seems to look well large. I'd say search over www.dafont.com under the Script section for a simple caligraphy font :D

My lawywer mentioned that they could file Monday July 2nd for packet delivery on Tuesday July 3rd. What is the definitnion of the filing date? Is it done electronically so that the filing date is Monday (the date the packet is sent) and delivery date is Tuesday? Or is the delivered date the filing date.

yeah mike ,
you should use Swift 3D for the initial 3D rendering and animation . its also good to import that animation and any other animations to Flash itself. oh yeah and also you can customize how many times you wish for the animation to loop.

My driver's license has come up for renewal in Feb 2009. I have 2 yrs EAD.I have send my H1 for renewal but it has not got yet approved..
My employer suggessted that I use my EAD card to get my license renewed. In Ideal case I would like to use my approved H1 to renew my license. However since its taking time for my H1 renewal can I use my EAD card to get my license renewed.
